Recipes From The Heart For The Heart
Bayshore Community Hospital's Recipes from the Heart
During the months of January and February we called on members from our community to share their recipes from the heart to help us promote healthy hearts in our community.
Thank you to everyone who shared their recipes from the heart. All of the recipes were evaluated and chosen by our nutritional experts based upon their heart-healthiness and ease of preparation. We now invite you to view our winning dishes and try them in your own homes.
