Blood Management Program

Bayshore offers a blood management system to patients undergoing more extensive orthopedic surgeries. During the operation, a patient’s lost blood is recycled and reinfused into the patient during the perioperative process. This technique may be a good option for patients with objections to blood transfusions.

Intraoperative Monitoring

Using a neurophysiological monitoring system, surgeons are able to precisely track changes in the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerve function during major spinal surgeries to ensure that delicate nerves are not damaged during the procedure.
