Meridian Women’s Heart Connection Offers Know Your Numbers

Lecture and screenings to be held on Tuesday, March 15 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center  

Neptune, NJ - Meridian Women’s Heart Connection will offer a FREE lecture and screenings on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. in Lance Auditorium at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. The screenings will include cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, and body mass index. There will be educational information and clinical staff available to speak to attendees, and all screening results will be provided immediately on-site. The discussion will help attendees better understand what the results mean and why they are important to know.

Jersey Shore University Medical Center is located at 1945 Route 33, Neptune, NJ, 07753. The event is free and open to the public.  

Meridian Women's Heart Connection is a program aimed at building awareness of women's heart disease and keeping women informed and healthy.
