She has been instrumental in updating pediatric policies and assessment documents. Peg Roskowinski resides in Little Silver with her husband, Peter and their three sons.

JoDee Anderson, RN, named Nurse of the Year 2010 Senior Services Division

JoDee, has been named 2010 Nurse of the Year at The Willows in Holmdel, an assisted living community affiliated with Bayshore Community Health Services. Anderson has worked as a registered nurse for more than a year to approximately 70 residents. "It is a pleasure getting to know the residents as well as their family members at The Willows," explains Anderson. "I look forward to caring for them in their beautiful home and keeping them well."

Anderson volunteered, at her own expense, in helping more than 1,000 children, many orphaned, at the Mbirizi Advanced Primary Day Care School in Uganda, Africa this year. The trip was sponsored by Sylvia's Children, an organization dedicated to helping children who lost parents to AIDS.

"We are proud of JoDee's efforts both at The Willows, in her community and around the world," says Susan Wood, vice president of administration. "She exceeds at placing the priorities of the residents and their families first, and each day she demonstrates her compassionate and generous personality."

JoDee Anderson resides in Holmdel with her husband, Lawrence and their son. Bayshore's Nurses of the Year recipients were selected by a committee of their peers.
