Insurance information for hearing testing

We participate with most insurance carriers. You will need a prescription from your physician for all of our procedures. As always, check with your physician's office and insurance company for pretesting requirements such as pre-certifications or referrals as they may take time to prepare prior to your appointment. Be sure to bring your insurance card with you to ensure your test can be performed the day of your visit.
