Smoke Hypnosis
Bayshore's SMOKE HYPNOSIS program is a two-hour group session taught by a
Certified Hypnosis Consultant. Hypnosis can help you take control of your
life by eliminating the desire, urge and craving to smoke, no matter how
long or how much you have smoked.
In hypnosis, you are completely aware, you hear everything, your senses
become more acute, your concentration increases and your mind sharply
focuses. While under hypnosis, you are very relaxed, but you are NOT
asleep. Hypnosis requires consent, trust and cooperation. It cannot force
you to do anything you do not want to do.
Classes are taught by a Certified Hypnosis Consultant and held at both the
Hospital and Bayshore Fitness & Wellness Center, Hazlet. Classes begin at
7:30 p.m.
Please call (732) 739-5919 to register and for fee information.
