Caslow Named Critical Care Nursing Director
Pattie Anne Caslow, RN, BSN, CEN, a Lake Como resident, has been named Director of Nursing, Critical Care. She will oversee nursing operations in the Emergency Department, Intensive Care and Telemetry Units.

Caslow has been on the nursing staff at Bayshore Community Hospital since 1985. She has held previous positions as assistant nursing care coordinator, nurse manager, and assistant Director of Nursing. In 2001, Bayshore named her Nurse of the Year.

"My desire to help people is why I decided to go into the profession of nursing," says Caslow. "As my career progressed, I realized the importance of quality patient care and safety. Now, in the front-line environment of critical care nursing, our nursing team deals with life-threatening situations on a daily basis. In this fast-paced continuum of care, from emergency medicine to intensive care and on to telemetry monitoring, our skills and teamwork are critical components to assuring healthy outcomes for the patients in our care."
