Serving an area largely populated by adults over age 55, Bayshore Community Health Services offers a menu of senior services that includes a wide variety of preventive health programs, as well as specialized services at facilities dedicated to serving seniors' healthcare needs.

In addition to the Bayshore Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Pleasant Valley Adult Day Center at Bayshore, Bayshore Community Hospital is committed to providing quality health care and services to all sectors of the community, including senior adults.

Senior Diners Club
Monmouth County residents age 60 and older can join the Bayshore Senior Dining Club and receive nutritious, low-cost dinners seven days a week, any day of the year.

To apply, simply stop in the Volunteer Office at the hospital, show proof of age and fill out an application. Your ID card will be mailed to you.

Under the plan, meals include soup, salad, dessert and beverage, or hot entree, dessert and beverage for $3.50. For more information call 732-290-7051.
